Through our Support Portal, which is available 24x7, you can:

  • Contact Support - via phone or email
  • Submit Tickets –enter issues directly to ProStor System’s Support Team
  • View Tickets – view already-submitted Support Tickets or create new replies
  • Knowledgebase – View a categorized listing of all common frequently asked questions
  • Downloads – View and download documents and software releases from our categorized resource library

Proactive Failure Notification

For customers with Suport agreemts, the InfiniVault can be configured to send alerts to ProStor in the event of hardware failures. ProStor will monitor and proactive notify you of these failures.
