Ongoing growth of static data caused The Jaynes Companies to rapidly outgrow their disk-based backup technology. Jaynes had to decide whether to spend more money on a larger, more expensive disk-based backup system or look for a solution that would offload the primary storage, as well as seamlessly fitting into their existing workflow. By integrating the ProStor InfiniVault into their architecture they have offloaded the primary storage and associated protection technologies, allowing them to continue to meet their back-up window.
