Network Administrator Fond du Lac CountyFond du Lac County, a political subdivision of the State of Wisconsin since 1839, has a population of approximately 101,200 residents and a total land area of 725 square miles. The majority of county departments—everything from the Sheriff’s department and the dispatch center, to the health department and social services departments—funnel data into a central IT department which was working to build and maintain an infrastructure to support this diverse set of end users. Confronted with increasing digital content, data retention requirements and obsolete storage equipment, Fond du Lac County turned to ProStor Systems to consolidate and streamline its imaging archive and backup solution.
