Duane Zitzner Named to ProStor Systems Board of
Directors
Former HP corporate officer brings 35 years of strategic development and
market success to three-year-old company
Boulder, Colo. – June 6, 2007 – ProStor Systems, a leading developer of
removable disk storage solutions, today announced that Duane Zitzner, a former
Hewlett-Packard corporate officer and senior executive, was elected to the
ProStor Systems Board of Directors. Zitzner, who retired from HP as the
executive vice president of HP's Personal Systems Group, piloted the $23 billion
segment of HP's business responsible for PCs, workstations and mobile
computing solutions. Prior to that, Zitzner, as president of HP's worldwide
Computing Systems Group, grew the company's enterprise systems business,
including both hardware and software solutions.
"Duane's breadth of experience in IT systems, markets and strategy will
be a tremendous new asset to ProStor as we expand our RDX removable disk
technology into new products and applications," said Steve Georgis, CEO and
President of ProStor Systems.

Before spending 16 years at HP, Zitzner held R&D, programming, and
management positions at IBM and Univac Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in
Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, did post-graduate work in
Computer Science at the University of Minnesota and studied at the Wharton
Business School.
