Frank Harbist
President and CEO
Frank Harbist joined ProStor after a stellar 21 year career at Hewlett-Packard (HP). Most recently, he was vice president of strategy and operations for HP's Business Critical Systems organization. Previously, as vice president and general manager of HP’s Nearline Storage Division, he successfully grew the tape drive, automation and media businesses and extended its market leadership. Harbist repeated this success with HP's Storage Software Division by creating new revenue streams for the company via new product entries and acquisitions, and by entering markets for information life cycle management and unified infrastructure management.

Chris Alaimo
Vice President Engineering
Chris Alaimo has 16 years product development and management experience in data storage and telecom equipment industries at Quantum, Exabyte, Network Photonics and Carrier Access.

Greg Frazier
Vice President Sales
Greg Frazier is the worldwide vice president of sales, responsible for further developing and extending the sales team to meet the growing demand for ProStor InfiniVault and RDX products. With more than 25 years of industry field experience, Frazier has served in sales executive and management positions at large technology companies, along with successful startups. Prior to ProStor, Frazier was vice president of worldwide sales for Reactivity, an XML gateway provider that was acquired by Cisco. Previously, Frazier's background included positions at Mirapoint, Juniper, Cisco, Silicon Graphics and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Ian Duncan
VP of Marketing and Strategy
Ian Duncan has 18 years of experience across product management, marketing, sales, development and business planning. Prior to ProStor Systems he held marketing director positions for the NAS and Storage Software Divisions at Hewlett Packard where he oversaw significant revenue growth. He also had responsibility for acquisition and integration aspects of multiple companies across archiving, storage resource management and file-system segments. Prior to Hewlett Packard he held engineering positions with Xerox.

Mike Sobolik
Vice President Finance and Operations
Mike Sobolik has 15 years of experience in developing early stage and rapidly-growing technology companies. He has broad experience in the areas of organizational financial management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and international treasury. He is currently responsible for ProStor’s Finance, Manufacturing, HR, and Legal functions. Most recently, Mike was VP of Finance at Crosswalk, Inc.
