Mike Sobolik

Mike Sobolik has 15 years of experience in developing early stage and rapidly-growing technology companies. He has broad experience in the areas of organizational financial management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and international treasury. He is currently responsible for ProStor’s Finance, Manufacturing, HR, and Legal functions.
Prior to joining ProStor, Mr. Sobolik was the Vice President of Finance for Crosswalk, Inc. Additional business accomplishments include completed an IPO for Organic, Inc., managed international treasury operations for Hyundai Semiconductor America, and ran M&A operations for Intagio, Inc. in addition to completing several consulting engagements.
Mike received a BS degree in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
